Our team advised Dun & Bradstreet Inc. (Dun & Bradstreet) on the sale of their German B2C business activities to The Data Agency. The closing of the transaction took place on 29.04.2022.

The Dun & Bradstreet B2C business, headquartered in Darmstadt, is a leading provider of B2C marketing solutions in the German-speaking region. Clients are provided with high-quality data and analysis tools for tailor-made marketing campaigns. The data covers approx. 95% of German households. In addition, the portfolio comprises CRM on demand solutions and management hosting services.

Dun & Bradstreet is a leading global provider of business data, analytics tools and AI-powered platforms with more than 6,000 employees.
