Our team once again advised BTV Multimedia Group and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), this time on the acquisition of the Austrian STW Spleisstechnik West GmbH. The signing of the transaction took place on May 30, 2022.

BTV Multimedia is a rapidly growing group of medium-sized companies in the broadband industry under the umbrella of DBAG. Together with STW, BTV Multimedia bundles the activities of well-known international manufacturers, distributors, and service providers such as ANEDiS, braun teleCom, DKT, Fionis, Holm and Pott. STW Spleisstechnik West is a comprehensive system integrator for fiber rollout in the entire Alpine region with two locations in Tyrol (Austria). Founded in 2005, the company offers its renowned customers a comprehensive product and service portfolio from a single source. After assessing individual customer wishes and requirements, STW develops the best possible solution for the broadband rollout, which includes the selection and distribution of suitable components as well as their professional installation.
