Our team advised Circet on the acquisition of MAM-Bau GmbH & Co. KG. Closing of the transaction took place in May 2023.

MAM-Bau is one of the largest private telco-focused civil engineering companies in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) with a strong focus on fiber rollout projects. As a strategic partner of telecom network operators and municipalities the company generates revenues in excess of EUR 50 million with more than 480 employees (c.80 own employees and 400 employed at subcontractors).
