Our team advised Circet on the acquisition of Tele Media GmbH – Service rund ums Telefon. Closing of the transaction took place in June 2023.

Circet is the leading network infrastructure services provider in Europe. The company operates in the fast-growing network infrastructure services market, supported by massive investments for rolling out fixed and mobile super-fast broadband. As the leader in Europe (notably in France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands), Circet’s customer base includes leading telecom operators, local authorities and companies specialising in rural deployment to bridge the digital divide, and key government-owned and private companies that own infrastructure. Tele Media was founded in 1996 by Ronny Krolik to provide network construction and maintenance services to telecom carriers. The company, headquartered in Laage (Germany), currently employs c. 200 people and generated over EUR 50 million in revenues in 2022. Tele Media has long-standing relationships with key German telecom operators and is among the largest and most renown telecom infrastructure service providers in Northern and Eastern Germany.
