dtms digicom GmbH is a leading provider of contact center solutions and customer intelligence technologies in German-speaking countries. As a network operator for contact centers, it offers local and service call numbers with uniform routing and statistics solutions in more than 100 countries. As a customer dialogue specialist, dtms offers a comprehensive cloud-based application portfolio, e.g. IVR, ACD, video chat, co-browsing and self-service portals, as well as services for billing customer dialogues and digital goods via the telephone bill and other payment methods. The company has about 60 employees at its headquarters in Mainz and achieved a gross turnover of approx. EUR 40 m in 2018.

The Rautenberg Moritz & Co. team advised and supported dtms and the vendor PARAGON PARTNERS before and during the entire process, as advisors and as a member of the supervisory board, in particular, by sharpening the strategy and business plan and preparing a vendor due diligence (“Strategy Report”).
