Our team advised TestSolutions on the acquisition of the business operations of ASQA Software Quality Assurance GmbH (“ASQA”), based in Berlin. The closing of the transaction took place in December 2025.

TestSolutions is a leading German company in the field of software quality assurance for applications and development. Since its founding in 2007, TestSolutions has provided “blue-chip” clients across a wide range of industries – including aerospace, financial services, and automotive – with high-quality, end-to-end software testing services. These include comprehensive test management, test automation, load and performance testing, manual testing, test analysis, test factory services, as well as offshore testing services in India and Rwanda. In addition, the company offers industry-specific training and accredited certification programs through its own academy, also available to external participants.

ASQA is a recognized specialist for software testing services such as mobile testing, test automation, and test management in the iGaming sector, while also supporting clients in other industries. A particular focus lies on industry-specific challenges such as legal accessibility requirements, cybersecurity demands, and regulatory standards. With the experienced ASQA team around its founder, Enrico Ausborn, TestSolutions further strengthens its capabilities, particularly in the iGaming industry.
