Our team advised Q-Park BV, a portfolio company of KKR, on the acquisition of Société d’Assistance et Gestion du Stationnement (SAGS) through Q-Park France. The closing of the transaction took place in December 2024.

Société d’Assistance et Gestion du Stationnement (SAGS) is the fourth largest parking management company in France and operates 59 parking facilities with more than 162,000 parking spaces. SAGS is active in numerous French cities as well as in highly frequented tourist locations near the Alps. The company primarily manages and operates parking facilities for municipalities, as well as some privately owned facilities.
