mih Management AG is part of mih Group, an integrated infrastructure investor and operator specialising in the development of fibre networks across Europe. As a full-service provider, mih Group covers the entire FTTH value chain, from planning, permitting and civil works through to installation, operation and service of high-performance fibre-optic networks.
Eurofiber Netz GmbH is a fibre network operator in Berlin, founded in 2021. As a partner to Berlin’s gigabit strategy, the company has significantly advanced the roll-out of a high-performance fibre-optic network across the city in recent years and established a strong regional position, with more than 150,000 homes passed. To support this roll-out, the company also leverages Berlin’s existing district heating network.
Our team advised mih Management AG throughout the entire transaction process as M&A buy-side lead advisor, including the preparation of commercial and technical due diligence as well as a financial red-flag review.
