EMERAM Capital Partners is an independent private equity firm for for medium-sized transactions in the German speaking region. Funds advised by EMERAM Capital Partners provide capital for the development of companies from a total fund volume of EUR 350m. EMERAM Capital Partners defines itself as a long-term business development partner forcompanies in the five industry sectors consumer goods, retail, industrial goods, services and healthcare.

diva-e Digital Value Enterprise is a merger of six established e-commerce companies who put their shares into the newly founded company whose equity was then transferred to put their shares into the newly founded company whose equity was then transferred to EMERAM.
