The signing of the transaction took place in July 2024, the closing is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
conTeyor, founded in 1995 with headquarters in Merelbeke, Belgium, is a leading manufacturer of customised, reusable inner packaging and storage solutions. The company’s solutions are used in particular by renowned automotive suppliers with highest supply chain standards. With a team of over 800 employees across Europe and North America, conTeyor generates an annual turnover of c. EUR 100 million.
KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik is the leading manufacturer of reusable, foldable plastic carrier and container systems that enable the decarbonisation of global supply chains through efficient transportation. The company’s products are made from plastic recyclates and used by suppliers across various industries. KTP was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Bous, Germany. The company generates an annual turnover of c. EUR 70 million with more than 330 employees across Europe and Asia.
conTeyor and KTP will combine their highest expertise in the development of standardised and bespoke packaging products, jointly strengthen their global footprint and provide a superior offering for sustainable packaging solutions across various industries.
