Rautenberg & Company supports Zurmont Madison in the sale of RÖDER Zeltsysteme.

Rautenberg & Company's team advised the main shareholders of RÖDER Zeltsysteme und Service AG, Zurich-based private equity firm Zurmont Madison Mangement AG and management of RÖDER AG, on the sale of their shareholdings to RAG-Stiftung Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in Essen, Germany. Closing took place on February 27, 2015.

Zurmont Madison Management AG is a leading private equity house in Switzerland for small to medium-sized transactions and has a long-standing track record of investing in the German "Mittelstand". Funds advised by Zurmont Madison typically take a role as majority investor.

RÖDER Zeltsysteme und Service AG is a globally established supplier of temporary spacesolutions. Röder develops, produces, leases and sells tent systems of any shape and size, including all necessary equipment, appointments and services. Amongst the events that Röder has furnished are major sports events such as the Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi or the Champions League. Röder's tents are being employed for corporate events, product presentations, shareholders assemblies and PR events. Special tent systems are alsobeing used as temporary storages. The company is headquartered in Büdingen near Frankfurt am Main and has sites in Italy, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Russia and China.
