Our team advised the owners of Coresis Management GmbH on the sale of their shares to aam2core Holding AG. The closing of the transaction took place on 1 August 2022.

Coresis Management GmbH, based in Bad Homburg, is a leading real estate investment company for very wealthy private and institutional investors. The company manages a real estate portfolio of more than one billion euros. These are mainly office buildings in the Core and Core+ segment. Clients are offered a comprehensive service portfolio: from the development of an individual investment strategy to the creation of a high-yield real estate portfolio and the comprehensive asset and property management of the properties and the corporate structure.

aam2core Holding AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, is an investment and asset manager focused on the real estate industry in Germany and the DACH region. The company is focused on real in the residential, office and logistics sectors in the risk classes Core to Opportunistic.

Our team led by Jens Moritz advised the owners of Coresis Management GmbH throughout the transaction and structured and supported the M&A process up to the successful closing of the transaction.
