Eike is a Senior Director and works out of our Düsseldorf office.
He is an experienced strategist, specialising in growth scenarios and their implementation. His second focus is on deal execution and facilitation on the buy- and sell-side, including the preparation of commercial due diligences. While Eike has built a reputation in digital infrastructure, he also operates comfortably in a range of other industries.
Eike joined us back in 2014, bringing professional experience from different positions in venture capital, strategy and transaction advisory. He holds both M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and benefits from more than two years of international experience gathered in China, Ireland, Japan, Spain and the UK.
Britta is a Senior Director and works out of our Düsseldorf office.
She is an experienced M&A professional and advises buyers and sellers in national and cross-border transactions. One of her focal points is financial modelling, combined with business and value creation planning, often in the course of commercial due diligences.
Britta joined us from the deal advisory practice of KPMG where she successfully advised SMEs as well as private equity clients on M&A transactions in Germany and the UK, with transaction volumes of up to several billion Euros.
Britta acquired in-depth finance and M&A knowledge during her business administration studies (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at Maastricht University, the Netherlands, and University of Victoria, Canada.
Sebastian is a Director and works out of our Düsseldorf office.
He is a seasoned expert for commercial and technical due diligences as well as for strategy development, business cases and value creation plans. He is experienced in a wide range of industries, particularly telecommunications, IT /software, and healthcare, and has accumulated expansive international experience.
After earning his Master’s degree in Development Economics at Cambridge University, Sebastian launched his career with Kaiser Associates in London, providing strategy creation services and M&A transaction support. This way, he built a successful track-record with clients ranging from small family-owned firms to financial sponsors and their portfolio companies to globally-leading technology firms.
Prior to joining Rautenberg & Company in 2020, Sebastian was the General Manager of the Cambodian branch of BIMA, an Allianz-affiliated micro-insurance company, where he was directly responsible for about ~300 FTEs.
Sebastian is a Director and works out of our Frankfurt office.
He is an experienced expert in strategy development and transformation of mid-sized companies as well as in conducting commercial due diligences in the small and mid-cap segment.
Before joining us, he worked as a project manager at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner and as an independent consultant, supporting leading SMEs in strategy, transformation, and M&A processes. His sector focus is on digital business models/IT services as well as on industrial goods (especially mechanical engineering, construction supply, and plastics processing industries).
Sebastian has gained broad experience in the mid-market and corporate environment through various assignments in Germany and abroad. He holds an M.Sc. in Management and a B.A. in Industrial Economics from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
Mark is a Director and works out of our Düsseldorf and Frankfurt offices.
He focuses on M&A advisory and deal execution, drawing on an extensive track-record of cross-border and domestic transactions involving mid-sized companies, private equity investors and stock-listed corporations. Mark has in-depth expertise in financial, valuation and buyout models.
Mark joined us from the M&A advisory and corporate finance partnership Bassewitz & Hochberg. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and management from the Technical University of Berlin and received a doctorate in business economics from BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. He has previously worked in mergers and acquisitions at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Schröder, Münchmeyer Hengst & Co. Mark is a Professor of Finance at Leibniz FH School of Business in Hannover.
