- We explicitly avoid situations of conflict or direct competition with our clients, whether from private equity or other industries

- We can raise additional capital from our partners across Europe on short notice
- In total, we are able to mobilize high single-digit million amounts
- We invest through a dedicated KG-structure under the roof of Rautenberg & Company Invest GmbH
- We have invested alongside our clients in six situations so far
Investment criteria
- We invest in businesses with proven and resilient business models
- We look for sustainable and profitable growth potential
- We claim a meaningful role in the management of our assets, e.g. as a member of an advisory or supervisory board
- We need to strongly believe that the combined expertise of majority shareholders, management and us can create substantial value across the holding period
