And, as you would expect, we deliver tangible decision and execution support, not just a report.
Throughout the holding period of a portfolio company, we support our clients in strategy formulation and implementation as well as in phases of growth and digitization. By means of a customized Full Potential Plan (FPP), we help portfolio companies identify the relevant levers to realize their full potential. Our formal role in such engagements will usually be one of an experienced advisor, although we will also and in certain cases assume the role of a member of the supervisory or advisory board.
